***Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours-notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us (hammerandstainroxbury@gmail.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment. If you have to cancel we can hold your project for up to 60 days for you to come in and complete at one of our Open Paints/Studio times or to bring home and complete.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
At Hammer & Stain Roxbury, the safety of our makers, guests, and staff is our top priority. As a DIY workshop that hosts public and private classes, we understand that winter storms and other severe weather conditions may affect our scheduled events.

Please review our policy below.

Class Cancellation & Rescheduling

If it is deemed unsafe for makers or staff to travel to the studio, the class will be cancelled and rescheduled for a future date.
In the event of a cancellation, customers will be notified via email or text. (No phone calls will be made.) Social media will be update with cancellations
It is the responsibility of the maker to check their email for updates related to the rescheduled class date and time.
We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather.

Options for Rescheduled Classes

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, you may choose to complete your project during an open paint session. Please contact us to schedule a time within our available hours.
No refunds will be given if you choose not to attend the rescheduled class or complete your project during an open session.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.

By completing registration you are agreeing to these terms.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
