🎉 Let’s Get This Party Started – Hammer & Stain Style! 🎨✨

We are SO excited to celebrate with you!

To officially lock in your party date, a $50 deposit is required. Once that’s in, your creative celebration is on the books!

👑 Hostess Duties 

You’ll invite your guests and make sure everyone registers using your private party link.

✨ Registration deadline: 5 days before your event.
This gives us time to prep, cut, organize, and make everything party-ready!

If the party needs to be canceled or rescheduled for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited.

To have your full deposit applied to your party total, you must have a minimum of 10 children registered. Once you hit the minimum 10, your deposit will be deducted from your final invoice which is due 5 days before your event

• Exclusive use of our studio for 1.5–2 hours (depending on your project choice)
• A private, hands-on creative experience
• Guided instruction
• Lots of laughs, paint, and memories


✨ The Important (But Necessary) Stuff

• Only registered guests may attend. No walk-ins.
• ALL guests must register by the deadline.
• Once a design is selected at registration, no changes can be made (we prep everything ahead of time!).
• Parents are welcome to stay, but we encourage drop-offs so the kids can fully enjoy their creative time.
• We kindly ask that only children participating in the party attend — no siblings, please.

Once your deposit is received, we’ll send you your private party registration link to share with guests. Easy, organized, and stress-free!

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
  2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to Cart and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.


By completing registration you are agreeing to these terms.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
